The hotel building was built in 1878, and since 1918 it has been the post office with full telephone services offered to public.
Later, the building has been transformed into a hotel that opened its doors in 2007. Most of the hotel’s rooms have views of the Old Town. The hotel also features famous Tchaikovsky restaurant and luxury Elemis SPA.
