Three capitals of Lithuania (3 days/ 2 nights)

The next day you will travel to amazingly beautiful town of Trakai. Once the capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, it is nowadays world-known for the Europe’s only water castle. The visit to the Trakai Castle will be followed by the lunch in one of the best restaurants of the town and tasting of traditional Karaite cuisine. They you will travel to Kaunas, the second largest and most important city in Lithuania. Here you will visit the museum of Čiurlionis, a great Lithuanian painter, composer and writer. In keeping with the best aristocratic traditions, you will visit the National Opera at night and have dinner in a luxury restaurant.

Day 1

Arrival to Vilnius and checking into a hotel. Walking tour in the Old Town. Visit to the Vilnius University, Gediminas’ Tower on to of the hill, St Anne’s and Bernardine churches, Jewish district, City Hall square, Gates of Dawn, the Republic of Užupis. Dinner in one of the Old Town’s restaurants.

Day 2

Transfer to Trakai, the former capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Trakai Castle. Lunch in a traditional Karaite restaurant. Transfer to Kaunas. City tour. Visit to Čiurlionis Museum. Return to Vilnius. Visit to the National Opera.

Visits to main museums in Vilnius. Free time and shopping. Departure.
