Fascinating Lithuania
Lithuania

You will travel to Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania that is picturesquely set at the junction of the river Nemunas ˇNeman” and its tributary Neris. The Čiurlionis National Art Museum will impress you with the paintings that embody musical concepts. You are awaited by one more capital, Trakai. Back in the Middle Ages, Trakai was the capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. It is here that Trakai Castle, the Eastern Europe’s only castle, is located. Today it houses the Trakai History Museum that reveals the historical and modern heritage of the town and its surroundings. Lunch in a traditional Karaite restaurant will be followed by well-deserved rest in a spa hotel.
